Attended First Friday Art Walk on Santa Fe. This weeks feature is porcelean objects that are three-dimensional, by artist of Lauren Mayer’s. Her works of art are very edgy. It shows a stair case of papers piled on top of each other. At times it looks like my desk.
I particulary enjoy the shadows and shapes they create when bounced off each other and the walls they surround. The motion of the papers falling create a great sense of space and appeal. The papers are black and white, it reminds me of viewing black and white photography.
Solo exhibition of “Tracing” at Vertigo Artspace, 960 Santa Fe Driver, Denver CO 80204. Opening Reception is June, 6-9pm, 2009 and is available for viewing until June 27th, 2009

Saw the most amazing works of art, that really stood out from the crowd and my mind, I can’t stop thinking about it. I’d like to recognize Terry Maker for his “Magic Marks”. He’ll amaze you by his collages of different objects such as jawbreakers, pencils, chalk incorporating them into his works of art. I’ve never seen anything like it. This may be the one time I actually hold on to the postcard. http://www.terrymaker.com
Please attend his Opening Reception!

Will begin posting blog entries on artists I come across on regular basis when attending art shows, exhibits, opening receptions, etc. Fine Artists are struggling in today’s economy to sell their work. It is important to me to show, recognize and appreciate their continued talents and efforts.
Please take a look at the new and approved web site of Create to Complete, as we continue to apply SEO (search engine optimization) and most of all showcase photography taken recently of natural habitats. This is demonstrating some of my work beyond the usual brochures, web sites, etc. It also stresses the importance of portraying the interest in the arts rather than only showing the mundane day in and day out work done for companies. I have an extensive background in oil painting as well, and will have available in the coming weeks. It is a continual work in progress, so please check back frequently. Artistic Roots
